What goes into a freight quote
A transparent quote is not a single number. It is a structured set of cost lines that your team can review, question, and approve before a truck is booked.

Lane distance, vehicle format, and route sequence between origin and destination, priced per shipment or per pallet for groupage.

Route-dependent road charges across Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, Germany, Romania, and other corridor countries.

A stated allowance for border processing on cross-border lanes. Extended queue exposure is flagged as an exception, not silently absorbed.

Standard dock handling at agreed addresses. Special equipment, inside placement, or rigging is priced separately when requested.

The first two hours at each end are included. Beyond that, waiting time is charged at a stated hourly rate that appears in the quote.

Standard CMR carrier liability is included. Extended all-risk cover for high-value cargo is quoted as a separate line on request.

Rates are indicative, exclude VAT and customs-related costs, and assume standard dock loading at business addresses. The confirmed figure for your shipment is issued in writing after request review.

Most pricing disputes come from assumptions. We remove them by stating inclusions and exclusions on every quote, so your finance and operations teams review the same document.
Procurement note
If a cost line is not listed in the written quote, treat it as excluded. Ask us to add it in writing before booking and we will price it as a visible line item.
Relocation logistics: business relocation moves are quoted with the same structure, plus visible lines for packing support, furniture protection, and building access requirements when requested.

You receive the itemized quote with inclusions, exclusions, waiting time terms, milestone plan, and a five-working-day validity window.
Written scope
After approval, the rate is fixed at booking and the shipment moves under milestone-based delivery time control until delivery confirmation.

No. They are indicative planning ranges for standard palletized cargo. The binding figure is the written quote issued after we review your lane, cargo data, and timing. That quote fixes the rate at booking.
EUR is the standard quoting currency for European lanes. UAH or USD equivalents can be added for internal approval on request. The invoiced currency is stated in the quote itself.
Five working days under standard terms. On fuel-sensitive or capacity-tight lanes we re-confirm the rate at the moment of booking. Once booked, the confirmed rate does not change unless the shipment scope changes.
No. Request review, route planning support, and the written quote are free for business cargo and business relocation inquiries. You approve scope and price only when you decide to book.
We issue an exception note describing the cause, the affected milestone, and any cost impact. Additional charges apply only after your written approval. Timing risks are communicated early, never at delivery.
